Quick Meals

Enjoying each meal is important.  Not only should the meal satisfy our hunger and our senses, but it should also satisfy our need to prepare a healthy meal in a limited time period.  If we feel we have put too much effort & time into a meal, it will not be truly satisfying, as it will have ‘drained our resources’ of time and effort.
