Herbed Chicken
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Thighs
4 tsp Olive oil
4 sprigs Rosemary
8 leaves Sage
2 Tbsp chopped celery
2 tsp grated orange rind
3-4 sprigs Lemon Thyme
50ml Lemon Juice
Method:
Preheat oven to 180oC
Arrange chicken in a casserole dish
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with roughly chopped herbs.
Place in the oven & bake for 20-30minutes until chicken is cooked through.
