Thai Chicken

Thai ChickenIngredients:

15ml Chilli infused Avocado Oil
15ml Garlic infused Avocado oil

4 Chicken breasts, thinly sliced

½ small onion, chopped
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp brown organic sugar
1 tsp tamari
1 handful fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp sliced lemongrass
125ml Coconut milk

Method :

Heat chilli oil & brown chicken
Blend rest of ingredients in a food processor to make a paste.
Add paste to chicken when browned
Add coconut milk and serve once heated through.
