Sundried Tomato Fish Bake

Sundried Tomato Fish BakeIngredients:
4-6 Fish fillets
1 Onion, sliced
4 Tbsp sundried tomatoes in vinaigrette, chopped
3ml Thyme
5ml Sweet Basil
5ml Parsley
30ml Lemon Juice

1. Heat oven to 180oC
2. Place fish in single layer in casserole dish
3. Sprinkle with herbs & lemon juice
4.  Spread onion & sundried tomato over fish & bake uncovered for 20-25minutes until fish is cooked.
